At Island Park Therapy, growth is a shared process built on awareness and connection. Our trauma-informed, holistic approach recognizes the connection between mind, body, relationships, and lived experience.

INDIVIDUAL
THERAPY
50 minute personal counselling sessions
Virtual or in-person
Personal counselling provides a safe space to explore life’s challenges and strengthen your emotional well-being. Sessions may focus on anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. Through evidence-based and compassionate approaches, we’ll work together to process experiences, build resilience, and help you move forward with greater clarity and ease.

OUR TEAM
MEET BRITTANY
Registered Social Worker MSW, RSW, BSW
Brittany is the founder of Island Park Therapy, where she provides psychotherapy for individuals and families in Brockville and across Ontario. Her work is guided by compassion and defined by a thoughtful, relational approach that helps clients navigate life’s challenges with understanding and respect.
With more than a decade of experience in hospitals, child protection, and community-based services, she brings a deep understanding of the complex realities children, parents, and families face. Brittany supports clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship issues, and emotional wellbeing.
Her trauma-informed practice integrates evidence-based tools with empathy and curiosity to foster meaningful growth and healing. As a mother of two, she brings warmth, perspective, and calm to every session, creating a space where clients feel seen and empowered to move forward with confidence.
