Privacy & Protection of Personal Health Information

Island Park Therapy complies with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the professional standards of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

We collect personal and health information only as needed to provide clinical care and manage appointments. All clinical data is securely stored in Jane App, a Canadian, PHIPA-compliant platform that uses encrypted servers.

We do not share or sell your information. Disclosure only occurs with your consent or when required by law (for example, in cases of risk of harm or court order).

Client Portal & Booking System

Our online booking, communication, and record-keeping are managed through Jane App. You are responsible for keeping your Jane App login credentials confidential.

Island Park Therapy reserves the right to suspend or limit portal access in cases of unauthorized or inappropriate use.
