We are inviting a Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist to join our team as a part-time independent contractor. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who wants to grow with a values-driven practice over time.

Who We Are Looking For

​

We are seeking master’s-level clinicians (RSW or RP) who value strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and genuine connection with clients.

​

Experience or interest in the following is an asset:

​

• Child and adolescent therapy

• Play-based or expressive approaches

• Trauma-focused work including EMDR

• Family-based or parent support

• Nervous-system-informed or somatic approaches

 

Requirements

​

• Registration and good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO

• Professional liability insurance

• Comfort with private practice systems and documentation

• Ability to offer in-person sessions in Brockville

• Reliable setup for virtual sessions

• Minimum availability of 2 shifts per week, with flexibility to grow
