I believe therapy is a meaningful partnership built on trust, safety, and connection. I bring warmth, curiosity, and care to each session, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what is happening beneath the surface.
You might be the one others rely on, the one who keeps it together and pushes through. But underneath, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are hard to shift. Many adolescents and adults I work with are high-achieving and high-functioning, yet quietly struggling with stress, perfectionism, or burnout. From the outside, things can look fine, while internally it feels exhausting to keep up. Over time, this can lead to feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure of what you need.
My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself and creating a way of living that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you are. Together, we make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and build practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I am completing my clinical training under supervision and am committed to ongoing learning and growth. I hold a degree in Psychology from Queen’s University and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I bring a background in education and child development, and work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, life stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is client-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and Adlerian approaches.
Outside of my work, I value slowing down and being present. I enjoy spending time in nature, staying active, and connecting with friends and family. With a background in dance, I have a strong appreciation for movement and creative expression, which continues to shape how I understand emotional expression and the mind-body connection in my work.
I offer virtual therapy across Ontario, with evening and weekend availability, allowing you to access support in a way that fits your life. Therapy moves at a pace that feels right for you and stays focused on what matters most.
